Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. The short version

We collect only what we need to run Haucast. We never sell your data. We never post without your permission. You can delete your account and data at any time.

2. What we collect

Account details: your name, email, and password (stored encrypted).

Content: the videos, captions, and schedules you create in Haucast.

Connections: tokens that let us post to the social accounts you connect. We store these encrypted.

Usage: basic logs about how the app is used, so we can fix problems and improve.

3. How we use it

We use your data to run the service: to publish your posts, write AI captions with your rules, show your queue, and bill your plan. We also use it to answer support requests and keep the service safe.

4. What we share

We share data only with services we need to run Haucast: our hosting provider, our payment provider (Stripe), and the social platforms you connect. Each one gets only what it needs. We do not sell your data to anyone.

5. Security

Your data is encrypted while it moves and while it is stored. Access tokens for your social accounts are kept encrypted. Only a small number of our team can access production systems.

6. Your choices

You can disconnect a social account at any time. You can export or delete your content. You can delete your whole account, and we will remove your data from our systems within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

8. Children

Haucast is not for children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13.

9. Changes

If we change this policy in a big way, we will tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
