1. Who we are

Haucast is a tool that helps you post one video to many social accounts at once. These terms are a deal between you and Haucast. By creating an account, you agree to them.

2. Your account

You must give true information when you sign up. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else is using it.

3. Your content

Your videos, captions, and posts belong to you. You give us permission to store them and send them to the platforms you choose. We never post anything without your action or your saved schedule.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, or breaks the rules of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or any connected platform.

4. Connected accounts

When you connect a social account, you allow Haucast to post to it for you. You can disconnect any account at any time from your dashboard. Each platform also has its own terms, and you must follow them.

5. Plans and payment

Paid plans renew each month or each year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the time you paid for.

If you are not happy in your first 14 days on a paid plan, contact us for a full refund.

6. Fair use

Do not misuse the service. This includes trying to break it, spamming platforms, reselling access, or using it to mislead people. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. AI features

Haucast can write captions and content ideas with AI. You should review AI output before you publish it. You are responsible for everything you post.

8. Service changes

We work hard to keep Haucast fast and reliable, but we cannot promise it will never go down. We may add, change, or remove features. If we make a big change that affects you, we will tell you first.

9. Liability

Haucast is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
